Hi, It is around 2nd may 2016. I sent an application for reward point encase application on 27th April, which reached there around 2-3rd May.
Then I got a call from HDFC bank regarding My Credit card upgrade. at That time i know about my request, So I told them directly. So, they told, they would call me after 7-9 days. 2nd Time I got a call regarding upgrade on 12th May and I upgrade my credit card from moneyback to ALLmiles. Every thing went well. Here, I note to mentioned that i was trapped by their marketing representative. Meanwhile, The procedure of encasement put in shelf and they updated my credit card in no time. But they did not consider my previous application which was there since 2nd may.
The Rule says, " They will consider Reward point as per last statement, I apply to encase 11000 (approx 4400 INR) for my card. which is not done till this date.
there is something more, Now when I complained about this issue, They are grabbing me and saying, "You should have mention your request", "You should not trust call",
So, My Point is
1. If as a customer, I have to mention everything and every procedure, then what is the need of fees
2. IF call is not from HDFC (i.e. Fraud call), then how i got updated credit card? is it false?
This is what they do to their 4 years loyal customer. I have lost the trust in them. looking for another option.

Please Don't Buy HDFC Product, they will loot you and they will betray you.
