I have a good banking history with hdfc bank, but lately i have found that hdfc keep modifying its standard rules. A few days back a payment of mine bounces from one of my hdfc current account, and after a few days a rm from hdfc notified to me that the account is blocked as kyc is not submitted. I was never notified, but still i sent fresh set of kyc documents as per bank and i was told that banking would be restored within 24 hours. Its been 5 days and bank is just not providing any assistance. Local rm says he will check, phone banking says send a screen shot of error on support email, now i am waiting for support team to revert.
We are running a business and company accounts, but this incident has really put me on the spot whether to carry on banking with hdfc or not.
