I tried to transfer money through IMPS and the amount was debited but I received a message saying it timed out due to technical reasons.
When I tried to call customer care they kept me on hold for 30 minutes!! The suddenly disconnected my call!! When I called again they kept me on hold once more, then connected me to a phone banker after 15 minutes who cut my call as soon as she picked up!!
Absolutely the worst customer care I've seen and I still haven't got my money back!!
