HDFC Bank — customer care executive and local operator are not resolving problem

I have called hdfc phone banker regarding the transaction query. I have -1786.86 rupees in my account. I wanted to know in what ways this amount is deducted. I have few emis. But the merchant where i am paying the emis told me that the bounce charges will be waiveoff if i pay by this month. One of the emi i paid via paytm because the merchant informed me to pay and i got the payment done confirmation as well. But still the bounce charges done by hdfc. These are the things which i wanted to clear, but the phone banker didn't have the proper information. Finally after more than 40 minutes, she scolding on me. I tried to ease her by requesting to not taking too much stress, my query is still not resolved. All i wanted to know in what way the amount is deducted. But she behave very rudely. My query is still unresolved.

now I have -2375.86 in my account. I want to know all the details of deduction which I am unable to get. I have paid the EMI of L&T Finance Two Wheeler loan in the month of June in advance, still it is showing that ACH charges transact in my account. And now in this month, I paid the amount in advanced and updated in L&T Finance, still it is showing that ACH canges transact. For both June and July 2020, ACH deducted.

Now, come to credit card issue, I didn't get any information about extension of moratorium, and suddenly I got a call from HDFC for the credit card payment. Why you guys didn't informed me about the moratorium extension? not a single message and not even an email. I tried to contact hdfc for the extension of moratorium but all the time it is saying like because of less employee it is difficult to connect the call. on 25th of june I got a call and the executive provided me his senior's number, I called him more than once but he didn't respond, not even did a call back. I didn't get information and now HDFC wants credit card payment. This is not good...contact me HDFC regarding this because I got a call today and I gave all the details and the executive just cut the call...this is the behaviour of HDFC's employees now a days in this worst situation which the world is facing right now.

Same happened with me and they have put a hold of ruppees -185000 amd still they are not listening to me
