One of your executive sourav roy (Kolkata) misscommunicated and without my knowledge activated card protection plan in my credit card. I want to cancel the plan and do the strong needful action against the concern person.

Already they took out money from account with out my consent. I don't have an option to remove autopay since my card is already blocked. They say the don't have an option to take request through customer care. It's heights of worst service

Hdfc customer service is getting disconnected always . I have a payment dispute that is not resolved due to this bad service and scam
