HDFC Bank — Customer care number is disconnecting the call

Hi,
I have done a transaction on 12-jun-2020 in myntra.com, but the transaction was declined and a message was displayed in myntra site that in 2-3 days the amount will be refunded. Now it is almost 10 days over and i sent a mail in hdfc netbanking on 15-jun-2020 and sla for any issue is 3 days. Still bank have not reverted on my email. When i am tried calling hdfc customer care final moment when it about to connect a customer representative it is getting disconnecting. Why so much harassments to customer.
