I had called the customer care on 13th sep 2017 and had the worst experience ever. Hdfc is a brand and has a huge name but the kind of service i got on the help line was terrible. First, when i followed the correct steps to connect the customer service representative it connected me to complaints department and the lady roop was very rude and was not ready to listen to my query and neither transferred the call to her supervisor. You can listen to the call (Worst experience) i could have been handled better. The second representative disconnected my call with confirmation. Finally third rep solved my query which was to transfer my debit card to hyderabad branch.
I think we have customer care to solve customers issue not to trouble him. It wasted my 40 mins to get the issue resolved. If we cannot solve customers issue then there is no point of customer service departments. We can visit bank and get then resolved.
