Hi I have an existing personal loan with HDFC bank. I do understand that the payments have not been made on time but I do accept the late charges and penalties and agree to clear them off as well. And every person who reached out from HDFC was understanding enough. However today I got a call from miss MADHURI from HDFC bank Hyderabad who was very unprofessional and was harassing me and my mother continuously which is not acceptable. It came to a point where my mother who does not even say a word could not hold herself back. This person behave like we owed her the amount and not to the bank and was not professional at all. I would request you to kindly look into this matter and help me out with the same.
