You have wrongly debited online cyber fraud payment with charges on my hdfc bank credit card statement. The amount is showing related to online cyber fraud transaction/unauthorized transaction because of someone used my credit card in the midnight without otp, password and credit card in lacks of rupees. This is negligence of hdfc bank and also not able to provide proper security while using online hdfc bank credit card.
