Hi,
I have closed my debit card one year back and recently i tried to initate a request to apply for one by calling the customer service phone number. When i requested for debit card the customer service people forced me to apply for oneassist plan. Then only they can initiate my debit card request and now they deducted money in my credit card.
Could you please cancel the oneassist plan and refund. If the product/service is good, customer will choose. But indirectly or directly pls dont force the customers. Was this information helpful? |
