Hi, on 5th of every month, an amount of 9971.32 gets debited, but this time the message came that rs 0 will be debited and i do not want this. I want to pay the emi so that i donnt have to pay extra charges.
Please do not force the moratorium on consumers. Customer care says we are only giving moratorium, not option out of it in consumer durable section. Why is thie shady practice being acrried out by hdfc?
I need a representative to call me since the reciept of previous payments do not even contain the ful loan account number. No online payment facility is provided either.
