[Resolved] HDFC Bank — debit card failed transaction

I have made a transaction by my debit card of rs 1799 on 18/6 the amount was debited three times out of which only one transaction was successful on making a complaint on customer care my amount was being reversed on 03/07 i. E 1799*2 but on 13/07 the reversal i received was again debited on contacting customer care again they told me to give the dispute form to the branch, i did the same and more than 20 days are over i neither received the amount nor any response from the bank's side i also made a word with the merchant where the transaction was made but he is not able to help me and he showed me his account statement that he got the amount only once. Please do the needful to solve my problem otherwise i have to take legal action against it.
