I’ve never been told or asked about variance of cards. The card issued to me was clearly on the employee stance. Where as i’ve mentioned suresh-east marredpally branch employee that this account is just to use at its minimal. Yet i’ve received a fancy debit card which is not of any use to me and sms charges, i don’t receive prompt texts when there are transactions whatsoever. Then why charge for it and now “brn txn charges” what’s that for? I want all these excess charges to be reversed else i’m not likely to bank with hdfc. Any bank would suffice for my needs.
