[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — debit card not received

Hi,
I have been waiting for my hdfc debit card since november 2018 as my earlier card got expired after 10 years o[censored]sage. But havn't recieved it as yet. I have called on custmoer care, phone banking number but they want to charge me extra for lost card. But i have not lost any card and don't want to buy new card, i need the valid debit card which i supposed to get 5 months back.
Please let me know about my debit card, i have given my mobile no also.

We have checked our records and note the chip debit card is delivered to your mailing address on Nov 18, received by 'Ms. K Chatterjee'. Request you to check the same at your end and write to [protected]@hdfcbank.com with ref ID- TTU[protected] in case you have not received the card at your end.

Dear hdfc bank. You are the worst service providers in all banks. You debited 885 rs from my account without any intimation. This money is not any property of your father which you debit like a thief.
Do not force me to file a form against you for unsecure and unmanner transaction.

Disbursement Purposefully Delayed by Sales Head, Marathalli Branch, Bangalore irrespective of supporting him with all documentation and in person verification. He is forcing to submit originals without giving an acknowledgement immediately.

Behaviour is rude towards Customer and disrespect towards women.
Hi i have taken a personal loan in HDFC bank it doing auto debit every month 4th. I want to stop this payment through ECS. 58608802 this is my loan number please help me to cancel this auto debit every month from my account.
