Hi I am a prime customer for hdfc bank holding a salary account in itpl branch bangalore.

Recently I got msg that my debit card need to be replaced for chip type with free of cost and on other hand due daily usage wear and tear the card got damaged.
On hoisting and reissuing hdfc has charged 230 rs. Even though it's not a big amount but hdfc has charged for a prime customer. I feel it's not fare.and also the card has not been upgraded. Request to return the amount back to my account and replace the card with upgraded one. Was this information helpful? |
