Hi,
I have raised a complaint on[protected] regarding my debit card transaction and visited the nearer branch of hdfc bank for the same (Inorbit mall), but didn't get a proper response till now. It's almost more than a month i am still calling the customer care daily regarding this, they have just one answer that they are looking into it. Such irresponsible and bad service was not expected from hdfc.

We have raised a chargeback vide ref # VPI093126 .We will credit you A/C by 18-Sep-17 (working day) as per regulatory TAT of Rupay (National Payment Corporation of India) / Visa / MasterCard TAT, provided we do not get a representment claim (that is proof of transaction) from the acquiring bank.
