[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — deducted 177 rs for 3rd party cash txn inc gst 240717-mir[protected]

Hi team,

I don't know why 177.00 rs. Got deducted for '3rd party cash txn inc gst 240717-mir[protected]' on 12th aug 2017 from my hdfc bank account, please explain me this properly else refund my money back.

My account number :

Savings account no.: [protected], churchgate.

This is not a salary account.

Dear Customer,

HDFC Bank offers the customer, convenience of anywhere banking in any of our branches along with the extensive ATM network.However to deter indiscriminate deposits and to offer the service in a controlled manner, third party cash transactions are permitted at a nominal charge. Levy of this service charge, as with all other service charges levied by the Bank, is at the sole discretion of the Bank.

Third Party cash transactions (deposits and withdrawals), at any branch through teller counters, would be accepted in Savings accounts up-to a limit of Rs. 25, 000 per transaction per day. This service would be offered at a nominal charge of Rs.150 per transaction, plus applicable taxes irrespective of the amount deposited/withdrawn.

Please provide me credit card statements through local post. I haven"t recieved it since last 4 months

I have Transfer 5000 rs by PayZapp App. from my HDFC Credit Cad. But Money was not transfer in PayZapp and Debited my Credit Cad. I contact PayZapp Customer Care Number[protected] but this number is not received call. Every time this number getting please retarn the money
