[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deducted amount not refund

Dear sir
I inform to you i am hdfc credit card holder ([protected]). I have some loan outstanding. So paid per month regularly without fail through net banking. But this month i have paid rs. 2378 through net banking (Ib bill pay) but rs.2257 self deducted from my account through auto pay. Which (Rs. 2257) is refundable but not refund yet. Transaction (Deduction) details reference i'd attached in photo. Kindly look my problem and refunded my deducted amount.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We observe that you have given us an instruction to claim the minimum amount due monthly outstanding on your card account from your savings account for your credit card payment. We note that the Autopay payment of Rs. 2, 257.40 is credited to your card on October 6, 2017 and we are in receipt of payment of Rs. 2, 378.20 through Netbanking on October 6, 2017. Hence we request you to maintain sufficient balance in your bank account to enable us to carry out your instruction effectively and to avoid making manual payment. We would like to inform that the excess balance on your credit card for Rs. 2, 198.32 will be adjusted towards your future transactions. In the event if you still request for excess balance refund we request you to revert to us to enable us to review and assist you accordingly.
