HDFC Bank — deducted ecs charges more time in a month for my overdue loan emi and on the same date bank debited my emi

My month of june installment due is 04/06/2020 its overdue; ecs deducted from financier (Hdfc bank) on date 08/06/2020 and same date debited my installment amount 3, 355 and again ecs debited rs.590 on date 11/06/2020 from my icici bank account. I cant understand why ecs charged 2 time in same month.
