[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deducted money and promise refund

Hi manoj,
1st time rs 1130 has deducted from my account for non maintenance of low balance. Then visited my home branch for querying everything. There bank representative shilpi garg told me that if you will deposit more rs 10000 again and log request to return the deducted amount. Then i will get the deducted amount back within a week. After deposit rs 11000 i have logged request online as well as visited so many branches to return that money. But received very poor response from everywhere. Instead of returning deducted amount, bank again deducted rs 400 today even i have more than 10000 rupees that time. Either take necessary action to return that money or i have to keep posting on social networking sites about false commitment of bank representative or bank.

Hi

I have received a SMS from Hdfc bank that I have submitted a mandate to hdfc to deduct 50000 money for bse
Please note I have given no such mandate
I went to branch today to complaint they could not help much
