[Resolved] HDFC Bank — deduction for depository charges

An amount of ₹885 is deducted from my account. I am not aware for what the deduction is also whenever I try to call the customer care they are saying that it is for demat account I don't know what it is also I have never used the same, whenever they are trying to transfer the call it is getting disconnected. I request the bank to look in to the matter and kindly refund the same as there should not be any deduction without the consent of the account holder. If the services are like thia only then I would say that the services are not good. I have written the email on Monday but still there is no respinse from the bank. The way they are handling the complaints is not accepted anymore. Only they are giving a new subject line to mention in every email like[protected] and all. Till date I have got three subject line but there is nothing in regards with the complaints which was registered.
