[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Deduction of my account balance

Dear sir/madam,
I sai kumar a/c - [protected] ifsc - hdfc0000085. I here to complaint you about the deduction of my 956.15rs from account balance which was kept on hold by (Gefu) on 22 may 2020. From past 15 days i m trying to call the customer service but it's useless nothing is helpfull the call couldn't connect the customer care personal. And just tell me the reason y did the (Gefu) kept my amount on hold nd now it's showing 0.00rs on hold so we're did the amount and were the proper details of this deducted amount.
I need a reply or call from customer personal as soon as possible.
