HDFC Bank — Deductions from savings bank account

Address: 11-3-735, NEW MALLEPALLY, HYDERABAD

I have been deducted different amount of Rupees 1071, 75. 37, 3.06, 5.21, 648.78, 227.45 in the month of November & December on different dates from my savings bank account. As the said amount is deducted without any notice either by SMS alert or E-mail.

I request the concerned authorities to refund the above mentioned amount and credit into as soon as possible.
