[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — delay in quotation and withdrawal of my funds

Hdfc life policy no[protected]
I am really frustrated with the kindly of service provided by hdfc life. I have the above policy n have submitted the quatation request at least 10 days back n have not received a single call back or revert on this. I initially gave a letter asking the same n after 3 days i get a form for quotation. Given immediately. The next day. Now your records show received request. On 15th n till now no quote. I need the funds urgently by month end. When will hdfc life give me the quote n when will i ask u foe withdrawal. U will take another 15 days to do a neft then. That is useless. They debit u immediately when taking the funds but when it's their time to give back it's like the govt departments. Pls help me get my money back in this month itself. Or shall i got to the consumer court.

I received a call claiming it's from HDFC Life for complaint generation and I'm being asked for my credit card number to debit Rs 5/- How do I trust it is secure. I didn't reveal my details. Kindly guide.
