Dear sir, my two wheeler loan a/c no[protected]. Rs. 2057 monthly emi has been deducted on 05/10/2017 from axis bank a/c no-[protected] but i have called to deposit of rs. 651/- extra due to showing on loan statement that amount has been deducted from bank on 18/10/2017 due to insufficient fund. It is not understood that amount has been deducted from bank on correct date but your statement showing wrong information. Please clarify. Regards.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

Incase of a returned EMI, the following charges are applicable: Return charges: Rs.550.00 per instance + GST 18%. Late Payment charges: <2.00% or 2.50%> per month (Calculated on daily basis from the date of return of EMI till payment of outstanding EMI)
