HDFC Bank — didn't receive account opening kit

I haven’t received the account opening kit. It has been a couple of months since I have opened an account in HDFCBank. I have several emails to HDFCBank regarding the issue but to no avail. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. Please look into the matter.
