HDFC Bank — didn't receive cash back on purchase at reliance digital through hdfc debit card

I purchased a product at Reliance Digital, I swiped for ₹24, 993.01 and I should be receiving a cash back of 10% within 90days but till now I didn't receive the cash back amount. The data of transaction was[protected], and Chq./Ref.No. of transaction is [protected].
