[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — didn't received my fastag yet

I ordered the fastag from hdfc bank on 10th of november. It's been 14 days since i ordered it.
I didn't received it yet.
I tried their customer care number so many times but their no is either busy or they don't answer 😠.
My reference number for the fastag is hfr352113
Now the deadline for the fastag is coming near and i don't have it yet. I don't know what to do. I can buy a new one but i think i won't be getting my refund from hdfc. So pls try to forward this message to hdfc concern team. Thanks
