[Resolved] HDFC Bank — dispensed less amount (2500) & deduct more amount (4000) from my account | |||
My wife have an account in indusind bank. I went to shastri nagar a block atm. I input 4000 amount. Rupees 4000 deducted from my account but dispenced 2500 only, then i again use atm and widrow 1500 again for my requirement and request mini statent through that atm. I get mini statemement that showing 4000 deducted from accont but actualy i recived 2500from that transaction on 23/9/2017 -9.27am. Kavita Card no:[protected]. Please refund my 1500. Verified Support Sep 26, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, With reference to your complaint regarding a debit placed on your IndusInd Bank savings account in spite of non dispensation of cash from an HDFC Bank ATM. Please follow the below process for claiming the funds: 1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank [ i.e IndusInd Bank) branch where you hold the savings bank account. 2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status. 3. If the transaction stands valid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank. Just a few minutes 11.40am one person from your bank asking for card detail.we suspect on him .please conferm the person his no is[protected].please identify him.may be he is your employe or account hacker.

I want to change my contact number in my HDFC credit card [protected] to [protected] please change it as soon as possible.
My credit card no.[protected]. this card billing date is 18th of the month and payment date is 7th of the month. But my salary comes on 10th. So please change the billing date of my credit card 18th to 25th of the month. we already call to customer care but no response.
