I ordered online goods to the site dhamaalshop.com on 11-april-2017 with using my hdfc credit card & merchant payment gateway (Hdfc) and the same were expected to be delivered at my given address, but i never received the same till date. But neither i got solution from "consumerhelpline.gov.in" nor from "hdfc bank". Please help me out to provide solution to refund back my non delivered product, as i was using hdfc bank credit card as well hdfc gateway & after there was immediately information given to national consumer helpline for this fraud website & fraud gateway which is provided by hdfc bank.
Where is my fault since i m getting mental & financial harrasment..??
