Hi i am sanjoy.
I have made a payment of rs 399 to reliance jio to recharge my prepaid mobile ([protected]).

Pls find the attachment and details below.

Hdfc bank debit card ending 8902 (Master card)

I hv complain reliance jio customer care many time but every time they said they did not receive any payment.

I hv also complain hdfc bank ref id 1366748 date 27.07.2017 also submit card-holder dispute form.
They didn't refund my money back to my account.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We have raised a Chargeback vide Reference number: PDN079273. We will credit your account by 12-Sep-17 as per regulatory TAT of Rupay (National Payment Corporation of India) / Visa / MasterCard TAT, provided we do not get a representment claim (that is proof of transaction) from the acquiring bank.

Sir 04/09/2018 I order 1 mobile from flipcart payment success after 15 minutes order cancelled. And till time my payment not refunded.
Flipcart customer say payment has been done .
