It is to inform you that I have disputed with all 5 transactions in the bill which were done after my card was stolen and provided you with CDF& FIR copy attached also on same day. Though they are in receipt of all documents, they generated bill for those transactions. I'm escalating the below matter since the proper resolution or response is not provided to me even after multiple emails to dispute team (5th, 9th April). I have escalated it to grievances team also. The customer care team asks to contact only dispute team. If you want more infomration, you can check with investigation team also. The Cctv footages for all transactions are available with them. This is a genuine case which i'm fighting for.
I'm helping out the investigation team with all details possible. Though you are in receipt of all details that the transactions are fraudulent, it is the irresponsibility to include them in the billing.Since you have not completed the investigation on time, the transactions should be kept on hold without interest until the resolution comes in. I'm disputing with the bill generated on 5th April. The dispute doesn't respond, customer card doesn't provide info. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. There is no toll free number for credit credit complaints. The bill to talk to them itself is huge.
