I have send a mail on 19th april with the details that i have being charged more than 3000 rs for amb for an account which i am not using since 2012 also i am already holding a salary account also of hdfc so there is no point in using 2 accounts... I have recevd some credits and later saw that hdfc has deducted 3007 out of the amount recvd...

Updated by vibhaithr Hello Manoj, now that i looked at the historical account statement I have got to know that from 2nd april 2013 to till date i have being charged 11373 Rs for the AMB charges and I am shocked to know that during all these years HDFC didnt make any effort to get in touch or notify the customer about such transactions being taken place.. i would request you to kindly look into the matter as Rs.11373 is not a less amount to pay for an account whose services have not even being availed all these years.
