I had initiated a mutual fund online investment from my hdfc bank account on 8th june 2017 for an amount of rs.80000. But later when i checked the account i could see two debits of rs.80000 and it considered as two different investment of same amounts which i had not initiated twice. I have raised the complaint to reverse 1 transaction on the same day itself and have been following up with bangalore nodal officer mr. Binod, ms. Pushpa the so called rm, sebastian and ekta from hdfc itpl branch in bangalore and till date all are passing the parcel and have no courtesy to resolve the issue. I have raised the issue in hdfc twitter handle and still there's no response. I had infact informed the branch head nithya sambandham about this issue and have no response yet. I am currently in hong kong and could not visit the branch in person. I have made a lot of isd calls to check the status of issue and the branch 2nd incharge ms. Ekta told they don't even know about the problem and cut the phone abruptly. Can some one help to resolve the issue from the bank before i proceed legally to fight to get my reversal of transaction which had caused due to system error.
