Hello dear sirs and madams i am writing on behalf of my ecs charges i had applied for a loan with bajaj finance first due was on 2nd and i made sure i would keep the funds available due to the mandate rejeted by my bank the money wasn't debited of the emi and now sucessfully you are able to charge me ecs how is that possible when mandate was rejected and then again when i visited the manager from hdfc tried to be mean and close me off soon and it was 2.43 pm as i visited as he wanted finish his work fast asked me to visit my home branch i mean why cant you people help your own customers and make them travel all over mumbai no doubt you will face the same someday as we are being harrased and not only that i have been charged way more than what is described on your forum and that too with a transaction off 1st inr =204.21, 2nd inr =402.50, 3rd inr=659 which has no history in my records but yet its missing customer care is no help managers are no help if this isnt explained and resolved will soon go to rbi or consumer court and will try my best to file a lawsuit if found unfaithful

They said they will return my ecs charges as it was a system error its not returned yet but they have given a verbal confirmation it will be refunded to me many thanks team consumer complaince regards mohit
