[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — ecs rejected due to signature mismatch

I have an account hdfc bank in kanjurmarg west. I have applied for a home loan from pnb housing finance limited. I gave 7 signed cheques to the pnb guy and also filled and signed ecs form both having the same signatures. Whenever the ecs comes for clearance to hdfc bank, they bluntly reject for signature mismatch while the signed cheque gets cleared without any problem. I went to the hdfc bank's kanjurmarg west branch for clarifying the issue but they say that it is done from backend.

I would say whats the use of opening a branch when you dont know what happens where and how to resolve it. They ask me to fill a signature change form.

Please check because the ecs has been rejected 12 times.
