Dear sir, Hdfc not informed me edc new charges they debit my account Without my information (1178.82x5 time + service charge) And trying to surrender my edc but not response customer care (Sand request mail 4aug Sand email from Merchanthelpdesk. [protected]@hdfcbank.com Umesh. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, Shipra. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, Merchanthelpdesk. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) And also visited hdfc branch but edc still active and continued debit my money.
