[Resolved] HDFC Bank — edc machine surrender

I inform that to you, i have current account account in hdfc bank and i use edc machine since last 4 year but now i want to surrender this machine and i gave surrender application to bank before one month but bank employ and manager did not give any response so please do somthing and take any actions again bank employ and manager
My self krunal k gohil and my tid number is 43026090,
