I'm utterly disappointed by hdfc's services.
I just finished submitting 2 query forms and now i've been told that none of my queries will be taken further as they aren't sent by my registered email address. Apparently, in the present pandemic crisis, hdfc expects its customers to go to the branch for the smallest o[censored]pdates when it must online.
Our local city branch is closed due to recent covid positive cases there, now what should i do? The same thing happened with address change, i uploaded my valid self-attested id twice on the website but hdfc denies my request every time and i'm told to reach the bank branch.
As if it wasn't hard enough before to get in touch with the reps on call, now they don't even entertain queries like this anymore.
My account balance has gone below the minimum requirement due to mirevenue hold by the bank, when i haven't even used it in the last couple of months. And i can't get a hold of anyone at all!!
