Email OTP not receiving while SMS OTP is received well on phone.
I am using Password reset feature by Email + SMS feature.
Contacted HDFC Customer care by phone few times in past 2 months, but no satisfactory answer. No one has clue. Checked my Email's spam settings etc. But it does not work.
HDFC should provide sufficient answer with backend proof that OTP is send (or if not send then when can they fix it?).
Also HDFC bank does not seems serious about customer complain resolving considering it is situation from 2 months. Was this information helpful? |
