I had purchased for a mobile phone online (Amazon) on emi on the 19th of march 2020 against order id[protected]. The order was canceled on the 6th of april due to the current global crisis. The refund was initiated by amazon on the 7th of april 2020. On the 5th of may my debit card was charged for an emi of inr 8945 and bank charges of inr 221. On visiting the branch (Bombay scottish mahim mumbai) your employees have provided me with no solution but just a blame game. I have tried to call the credit card loan, consumer durable department and the only response i get is the department is not working, i have also dropped emails to the support, dispute department and received auto emails from the bank. It has been over `45 days now and i have no answer to this issue. I need the refund for the emi charged along with the bank charges
