HDFC Bank — emi repayment rejected by sponsor bank

I have personal loan in hdfc bank since jan 2020 repayment wef feb 2020 but mine ecs rejected by sponsor bank b coz of sign different but i had paid repayment through payzapp and phone pay. How to solve this problem..
