I am Sachin Laxkar living in Shahpura, Bhilwara and I am a customer of HDFC bank since very long back.
Well !! There is a saying that if a customer is requesting to something then at least we have to give them a proper reply, we should not be rude ...
And this is what happening in HDFC bank . Bhilwara, Rajasthan. Wherein I called to one employee named Kapil Shrotriya, to understand for closure of my home loan and he replied to me "Aap mujhe kyun pareshan kar rhe ho, jisne mera number diya hai usi se baat karo" ...
Is it really a way to talk to a customer ? If I yes then I would request you to close my all accounts, I don't want to have any sort of relationship with HDFC bank.
