As per subject I already submit change request in branch before two months buy still not take any action on my application
We are using loan facility of hdfc bank, first bank person misguide us regarding bank installment second bank not deducted loan installment from my bank account and not giving any information regarding this and not updated me .

He was asking for my bank debit card details.
& When I asked him to 1st send me a mail & how come so early morning bank people can call me.. he just cancel the call.

Unfortunately I forgot to submit my credit card EMI first time. Suddenly I got call from hdfc credit card dept. They started harssing me & continue calling for 1 missing EMI.
I just fedup from this call.
I decided to not to use HDFC crdit card in future because of 1 rude person.
