My policy no is [protected]. I have started paying policy from november 2015 to november 2017 and awaited for 2 years as per your policy.
I have taken policy for my mother heena trivedi age 53 years and father tushar trivedi age 54 years.
In may 2017, tushar trivedi had pain in stomach and when we consulted dr he told us about the hernia and suggested for operation. I had called hdfc ergo to assist me for operation. However they told me to wait till waiting period november 2017 and after that i can take my father for operation and company will pay on behalf of me.
I have waited till november 2017 as per said by your concern team. Now, in february 2018 my father was suffering from pain and we had taken to hospital on urgent basis where dr suggested for urgent surgery.
On 22nd february 2018, at 11.30 pm i had taken my father in optilife hospital where we came to know that there is no tie up with hdfc ergo. So i had called hdfc ergo for hospital list and i have shifted my father in aims hospital 421203 by 1.00 am on 23rd february 2018 because this hospital was under hdfc ergo list. On the same day i asked tpa group to send you the required documents for approval of claim however your team had rejected my cashless request on 24th february 2018 due to some pre existing disease. I am not sure how the disease is pre existing as the disease started from last 9 months. Even i am not getting satisfactory answer from your team regarding rejection of cashless request.
I am from middle class family giving you the premium every month on time and when i needed money on time from your company i have not received any help. Till now no one from your company had given me the satisfactory answer for rejection of cashless request. First i have been told that i will receive cashless so i shifted to good hospital but when your company came to know that the amount has crossed 1 lac so without baseless reason you had rejected my request.
I request you to give the money whatever i paid in 4 years. From 2015 to 2017 rs. 24693 and from november 2017 to november 2019 rs. 25932. So adding this amount of rs. 50625 i request you to give this money back as your company has cheated on me and disappointed me. I will close the policy when you give my money back and will suggest everyone not to go for hdfc ergo insurance as your company is not capable of helping needy people on time.
