I have a maruti van (Dl8cag 5073) met with an accident in july 2017 insured by hdfc ergo general insurance. The van was repaired at authorized maruti dealer in delhi under the claim #c[protected]. Final report of surveyor is also submitted to the office on 19th august 2017. But no settlement of claim till this date despite lodging complaint on customer care of the insurance company several times. Is it the way hdfc insurance company works. They have immobilized my vehicle despite repairs. Who is going to pay for their lapses. They charge for every service rendered to customer but when it comes to customer service they are always fall short delivering goods.
