[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — excess premium not received of 10000 rs

Hi,

Policy no. 19398042

I have paid the excess premium on 27th of july 2017 and raise the request for refund of the same on 27th july 2017.

I didn't receive the amount in my account but the hdfc life is saying they processed the refund and shared the bank statement with the same.
