[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Executive calls and misbehave

Some # from hdfc bank calls me and start abusing me very badly, he has got number of each and every person in my family and he is calling to each and every person in my family and abusing them. His phone no is [protected]. Please take strict action against him. I want to see taht person in front of me. I dont know how that person dare to call like this. I have also file a complain against thta person and also against hdfc bank for this neusence.

Lost my card .Dont have the card number with me n unable to make the payment.I was given some N no. by hdfc call center n asked to make payment by cash /cheque but branch personnel refused to accept my payment.Earlier my bill was 593/-now it has increase to 632/- for no fault on my part.please look into the matter and resolve the issue.
