I have a problem related of wrong deduction of toll from my wallet, tried calling and emailed my problems but no reply from hdfc

Following email/ contacts not working :

Please provide me solution as soon as possible, otherwise i will surrender my fastag because i cannot afford to pay two times for single transaction. Please charge back my balance in my account and deactivate my account. I'll purchase from other company. HDFC service is very poor, 8 times i called to customer support. But they never sort out my queries.
