On[protected], i have attempted to pay an amount of Rs 50000 from my savings account using my debit card, however, the transaction was failed but money got deducted from my account.it has been five days and amount is yet to be credited back to my account.
I have, first, tried to contact my branch, but the branch was closed due to lock down.
Before writing here i have registered my complaint on hdfc website, but no response was elicited. and i have contacted the customer care, my concern is not enlisted in the given options.
it has been 5 days since my account was debited for a failed transaction.In these 5 days i received no postive response from any of the hdfc platform.
I expect a positive response to my issue here.
